Cancellation Policy:​

• If the booking is cancelled on the same day as well as 1-2 days prior of your booking date then the advance amount paid will neither be adjusted nor refunded.​​

  • If informed via email 9 days prior – 10% charges on the total tariff.

  • If informed via email 7 days prior – 20% charges on the total tariff.

  • If informed via email 5 days prior – 30% charges on the total tariff.

  • If informed via email 2 days prior – 50% charges on the total tariff.​

• For weddings and large group celebrations / for Special Celebration Dates (24th, 25th, 30th & 31st of December)​ :​

  • If informed via email 45 days prior – 25%   charges on the total tariff.

  • If informed via email 30 days prior – 50%   charges on the total tariff.

  • If informed via email 15 days prior – 100% charges on the total tariff.​

Visitor Policy:

• Check-in time: 2:00 pm

• Check-out time: 11:00 am

• At the time of Check-in, every individual guest staying at 'Aranyagiri Countryside Resort' is required to present a valid government identity proof which mentions the residential address. In case of foreign national, valid passport along with visa is required.

• Total room rent is payable in advance in order to confirm the bookings.

• 'Aranyagiri Countryside Resort' shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to your personal belongings.

• In case any damage is done to the hotel property by guests during their stay, it will be the sole accountability of the guest that made the booking and 'Aranyagiri Countryside Resort' will levy damage charges as deemed fit.

• Eating Gutaka, Panparag and Spitting is strictly not allowed.

• 'Aranyagiri Countryside Resort' shall not be responsible for any injury caused by insect/animal/plants/rash/natural calamity or by not following the general safety protocol.

• Children should not be left unattended at the pool by the guests.

• Pets are welcomed in our property but strictly not allowed inside the rooms/swimming pool.
